Hatcher & Company supports aviation and federal modernization programs with systems integration, deployment leadership, and technical program support. We take a system from an approved design to a facility that runs on it, and we stay accountable for the details in between.
Start a conversationThree lines of work, usually combined on a single program. Every engagement is led directly by the principal, not handed down.
Implementation leadership for multi-site rollouts of operational and information systems in aviation environments.
Senior analyst support to prime contractors and government program offices through the full deployment lifecycle.
The practical instruments a deployment needs: data collection, integration pipelines, and dashboards built for people in the field.
Aviation programs fail in the gap between the design review and the facility floor. Our work lives in that gap: understanding what the system is supposed to do, what the site can actually support, and what has to be true before a cutover is safe.
We work as an embedded member of the program team, typically under subcontract to a prime or integrator, and we carry the same accountability for outcomes as the people who hired us. Communication is direct, documentation is kept current, and nothing surprising reaches the customer.
Experience spans air traffic and aviation information systems, enterprise data integration, and field service coordination across the western United States.

The system is done when the people at the site can run it without us.
